Eastern Europe includes the countries of  Moldova, Romania, and Ukraine. All three countries were part of the former Soviet Union. The people of Eastern Europe have captured our hearts, the needs of the people have burdened our hearts, and the Gospel of Jesus has compelled our hearts to do something in Jesus' Name.

God always cared for two people groups; the widows and the orphans (James 1:27). Senior adults and children are two of the neediest people groups in Eastern Europe. Many able bodied men have left Eastern Europe to find work abroad, leaving the elderly to not only care for themselves on meager pensions, but also for their grandchildren. Many are living on one meal a day.
